The New Green House is a place of knowledge for everyone from experienced contractors to do it yourself home owners to those who are simply looking to make the right choice about a new appliance for their kitchen.  The New Green House will be continually updated with new ideas, products, and research that will help you build, repair, and upgrade your home the environmentally friendly way.  Being environmentally friendly is no longer just for the social circles of tree huggers.  People from all backgrounds are coming together to create new efficient technologies and develop sustainable resources that will ensure quality living for generations to come. 

     The New Green House was started in October 2008 by two friends, both are Construction Management students at Southern Utah University.  We are part of the next generation of builders, and as such, we realize that it is our obligation to make the smallest impact on our environment as we possibly can.  The New Green House was created with the intent to motive ourselves to learn green building techniques, materials, designs, and products.
